TMC Egg Yarn" can be easily used to make egg flies by simply wrapping it around a pre-wrapped hook shank.
Though tying an egg fly with regular egg yarn can be tricky, this is super easy! The volume can be easily adjusted by simply changing the number of coils. When testing this product, 3 to 4 turns wound on a #12 hook caught fish well. When winding a small egg (#14 or smaller), please cut the fiber after wrapping it around the shank. Another feature of the Eggle Yarn is the appropriate amount of UV material encrusted between the egg yarn fibers. During product testing, the difference between Egg Yarn and a regular egg fly was clearly noticeable. It is a material with many possibilities.
