Centric is here. Scott brings "feel" to the world of fast action rods and takes performance up a notch.

The state-of-the-art Centric series offers high stability, fast recovery speed, and a wide range of casting distances, while the sensitive tip section and highly transferable blank provide excellent feedback to the user. This is the most efficient series Scott has ever produced.
These rods can produce flat, consistent, fast narrow loops at any distance with minimal effort. No matter the skill of the user, these rods are weightless, frighteningly accurate, and comfortable to fish at any distance.
The ease of roll casting and mending is also on another level. Anglers will really appreciate the ability to control the shape and speed of the loop no matter what length of line you put out.

The Centric Series combines a newly designed taper and multi-modulus layup with a newly adopted resin to reduce weight while increasing carbon fiber density.
The blank reinforcement system is also a new generation ARC 2, which provides greater blank stability regardless of the direction of the bend.

The rolling machine has also been custom designed for this rod, allowing for extremely precise control of fiber orientation and density.

In addition, the parts have been specially designed with industry-standard attention to detail.

The grip is made of top quality Flor grade cork rings. The stripping is a titanium frame with a zirconia ring. The snake guide is a universal design with a low reflection finish, manufactured by Snake brand.
The newly designed reel seat is machined from muku wood and features speed threads, non-slip knurling at the nut, a self-indexing hood, black Mycarta inserts, Delrin lock washers, and a Type 3 flat black hardcoat It is coated with.

The Centric Series rods range from No. 4 to No. 7 and are available in lengths from 8 feet 6 inches to 10 feet. All are four-piece and come with an embroidered cloth bag and aluminum case. Of course, they are all manufactured by hand in Montrose, Colorado.

Reel Mounting Base
Even a rod with great casting performance is not high performance tackle unless it has a solid base for mounting a reel.
The Centric reel seat has a newly designed machine-cut body, combined with speed thread, a non-slip knurling nut, and a self-indexing hood, making it extremely easy to install and remove.
The exclusive Delrin lockwasher (a stylish red part) holds the hood and ring firmly in place and prevents the reel from rattling, contributing to the transmission of a pure and delicate feel.
