How to open the safety cap
The cap that is attached to the bottle at the time of purchase is a "safety cap".
The safety cap is a "bottle cap" that is attached to the bottle.
When the safety cap is pressed against the bottle from above, turn the cap in a semi-clockwise direction to open it, then turn the cap in a clockwise direction to open it.
The safety cap can be closed by turning the cap clockwise while it is pressed against the bottle in the same manner.
When the cap is not pressed against the bottle, both forward and reverse rotation are "spinning mechanism" and not a defect of the cap.
