The Scandi Launch is a brand new series of high performance shooting heads designed to maximize your small fly fishing experience on a floating line.
Each size has been carefully tuned with two criteria.
First, the taper of the head has been carefully tuned to ensure that it is as smooth as possible. First, the unique step in the taper concentrates the weight at the rear of the head, putting more weight on the D-loop and making it easier to load the rod.
Second, the front taper and tip diameter of each head were chosen to turn smoothly for the most graceful presentation. Whether fishing with a tapered nylon leader or a slightly heavier versi leader, the Scandi Launch delivers the fly quietly and efficiently.
