? The multiple award-winning dual-action CCF-X2 drag system offers twice the drag strength (20 lbs+), twice the smoothness, and half the inertia of a traditional CCF at the start of its movement.
● The CCF-X2 series features
. All reels feature a large handle for fighting and are fully sealed using Nautilus' proprietary Active Seal technology.Other components used in the CCF-X2 are hybrid ceramic bearings, TPX bushings. The large drag knob is an in-fin adjustment system that adjusts the smooth drag from zero to maximum in six turns.
● Four sizes
. #6/8 is a 4" large arbor 6-8 weight reel.
#8/10 is a dependable 8-weight with about 12 inches of line pickup power at WF8 line per revolution of the handle for more line pickup.
The #10/12 shares the same frame as the 4.5" 8/10 and covers #12 weight line by swapping spools.
The #Silver King is the latest in the CCF-X2 line and is the lightest 5" diameter true large game reel in the world. This reel reels 14 inches of line per revolution of the handle to finish off your prey. In addition, this reel is fully sealed and equipped with hybrid ceramic bearings, TPX bushings, and an oversized drag knob with infin-adjustable range settings.

●Reels for Spey / The History and Present - Silver King

. We have always kept a close eye on the evolution and growth of spay fishing and have developed reels accordingly. And now, we have created "Spay Ring" for that world. We try not to dwell on the past. But in the world of spey, we have begun to rethink the full frame reel. This was because when we started using finer running lines (0.025 diameter or less), we wanted to make sure that the line did not slip off the frame. The problem that emerged was that when an angler wanted to start spay fishing, he would have to buy a special reel. Or they would have to use thicker running line. The problem was money and weight,.
. An attempt in 2008 led to the NV Reels spools for spay fishing, designed to prevent the thin line from falling out and to lower the cost without adding weight. Instead of buying a reel, a spay spool for an 8, 10, or 12 weight reel was needed.
As the years passed and the market embraced this new concept, we continued to think forward. The result is now a great solution, "spaying", that we have introduced at Silver King.
