The action of the IMX-PRO V2S was designed for performance in harsh environments for saltwater fishing.
The IMX-PRO V2S is designed for performance in harsh saltwater fishing conditions.
The IMX-PRO V2S was designed with three areas of practicality in mind: improved wind tracking, long line pickup performance, and fight control to keep up with the sprinting of strong, heavy saltwater fish.
G.Loomis design engineers first made sure that the lower half of the rod had sufficient power.
Uniquely, they developed a slightly tighter tip to improve the conflicting functions of tracking and pickup ability.
With the IMX-PRO V2S, a "blend of Conduit Core and GL7 Resin System" that improves strength and impact resistance without adding weight, anglers can keep their cool even when the first sprint takes a long fly line and the rod finally stands up and bows wide.
