To catch striped bass, you can't afford to miss a moment of opportunity and a feeding window. The head is medium length (32 feet) and features a powerful, quick-loading 22-foot body. The front taper is set at 6 feet for easy turnover of a variety of fly patterns without sacrificing sensitive presentation. The back taper is 4 feet to supply line with minimal false casts and make casting as efficient as possible.

Line Features

Cortland's proprietary Cold Salt material wraps around a durable X-Strong braided nylon core that remains supple even in extremely cold conditions. The color is ice blue, which blends in with the environment but is still easily visible.
This line is ideal for casting through breaking waves, fishing in rough seas, and delicate presentations in shallow water.
