A fly line in the vein of SBT, ART and others, combining a short head of 21 to 25 feet with a handling section (a slightly thicker section connecting the back end of the head to a thin running line section) for improved line control at short to medium distances. Combined with a long leader, it provides a sensitive presentation, but also has the power to turn over watered nymphs and streamers. Its material is the innovative "AST Plus" which boasts excellent shootability and high durability, and its one-tenth heavier setting quickly loads the rod even at short distances.
