The line speed can be set to fast or slow, making it easy to cast underhand in fishing areas where backspace is limited, or overhead in open main streams. The coating also makes it easy to handle the running line, and its ease of use in actual fishing is remarkable. It can also be used as a sink tip by setting a sinking poly leader, etc. in the welded loop at the tip.
Double hand No. 6, No. 7, and No. 8 are available with AST and a welded loop at the tip.
