DRAGONTAIL LIGHT & EX LIGHT are now available again with minor changes. The tapered section of the Light has been shortened from 8' to 5' like the EX Light, allowing for a lighter cast out. Each has a single color specification.

A light version of the DRAGONTAIL has been realized with the cooperation of Koji Shimozawa. The Dragon Tail Light makes it easier to control the line for swinging and drifting. 0.055 to 0.031 inches with a 5 foot taper section. Total length 120 feet. Line color is monochromatic blue jay.

Like DRAGONTAIL LIGHT, produced by spay leader Koji Shimosawa
. Designed thinner than the Light with a maximum diameter of 0.050 and a running line section of 0.025 inches. Tapered section 5 ft. Total length 120 feet. Line color is single color ivory.

. Braided core version supple even at low temperatures


The Dragon Tail Extra Light shooting line for spay produced by Koji Shimozawa is now available in a braid core version that does not lose its suppleness even at low temperatures. The coating has been changed from the conventional AST to the more durable and slightly stiffer ST+, and by adding the bounce of the coating, we have achieved a good balance between the conflicting elements of suppleness and tangle resistance of the line.
