This is a wonderful volume of hackle.
The "Heritage" hackle, a new experimental hackle produced by Whiting, is now in stock. The characteristics of the stoke and fiber are similar to the High&Dry hackle, with a slightly thicker and slightly tauter hackle stoke and hackle fiber compared to the Genetic. The range of hackle and fiber lengths is very wide, so many good hackles are taken that are suitable for small sizes of hook size 16 and smaller, as well as for large size dry flies of 10 and larger.
The color tone is a delicate natural color Cape like Hebert. The colors can be roughly divided into Grizzly, Brown, Ginger, and Badger, each of which has its own unique color. Due to the trial production, we have not yet decided on the continued availability of this product in the future.
