You will receive the hackle in the image as it is.
This is a wonderful volume of hackle.
Like the cape, this saddle has longer hackle fibers than the Whiting Rooster Saddle, and if you use it for a parachute pattern, for example, the hackle grows from about hook size 14 up to about hook size 10. Of course, this is a super-long stalk that can be used to wind multiple flies even when hackled thickly with a single hackle. The thickness of such a fiber has a solid texture with a strong presence, so when you use such a feature to hackle large ant, beetle, and other terrestrial patterns, you can express the legs of a stout insect and create a very stylish atmosphere. Furthermore, this saddle also has hackle fibers that are slightly curved inward. So, for example, when reeling a large, bushy elk hair caddis type fly, which is difficult to balance well on the surface of the water, hackling the fly so that the back side of the hackle is facing the front of the fly, the tip of the hackle curves inward and faces the front of the fly, which makes it very easy to balance the fly on the water. This will make the fly very stable on the surface of the water.
