As for me personally, I have a lot of trouble with tippet.

However, the evolution of fluorocarbon has reached a level where it can be made thinner while meeting the same performance requirements of nylon tippet, and the same thickness is not inferior to that of nylon.
I had been using a size thinner than 7X for some time because I knew that fluorocarbon would cover the UV deterioration of nylon and the loss of knot strength over time that I had been feeling for some time.

This is the conclusion that we must reach in order to catch memorable fish with dry flies, and we must take care of the tippet, the second point of contact with the fish after the hook, without compromise.
