This kit allows you to make your own dubbing brush/composite hackle by spinning your favorite material between wires and threads.
The set includes a "turbo spin" that spins on precision ball bearings, so it can be used with vices that do not have a rotary function.
It also makes it very easy to use with rotary vises that are not good at high-speed rotary or centering.
