OVERVIEW


RIO's light saltwater shock leaders feature a tough fluorocarbon shock tippet that protects the leader from teeth, gill plates and spines, making them ideal for snook, small tarpon and similar problem species.
The leader body is made of stiff nylon and is tapered down to 16lb before being tied to the shock tippet.
Each leader is 10 feet long and can be used with either 15, 25, or 40 lb fluorocarbon shock tippet.
